Abstract
Construction industry is one of the profitable industries in Malaysia. Nowadays, there are many contractors in Malaysia but some of them are not success in the construction industry. Malaysia has one contractor for every 614 persons. The ratio is likely to be amongst the highest in the world and it is causing the government a big headache. The government recently announced the freezing of further issuance of new class F licenses and no more new baby contractors. A good management of contractors in construction may increase the percentage of successful in the project or construction industry.
