Abstract

For this study, it was conducted to determine factors that influence level of employees performance in Return to Work Programme in Return to Work Programme Centre in Melaka. The factors observed in this study were behaviour, personal and environment. In this study, the research objective is to identify the relationship between all the factors that influence level of employees performance in Return to Work Programme (RTW). There was total of 148 respondents were given a set of questionnaires via online and need to be answered. Basically, the respondents are the employees that participate in Return to Work Programme (RTW). All of the factors mentioned above was found to have a positive significant relationship with the level of employees performance in Return To Work Programme (RTW).
