Analysing the knowledge and practise of Hibah among Batu Gajah society / Nur Umairah Batrisyia Shamsul Kamal

The little knowledge of the Muslim community in Batu Gajah regarding Hibah seems to have received less attention. Because we can also see a lot of quarrels and property disputes in society. The lack of knowledge of the Batu Gajah community about property management has resulted in many beneficial properties being idle and the community is only concentrating by way of wills for the property inheritance system. Therefore, I am responsible for completing my project task which is to identify and study the extent of knowledge of the Batu Gajah community regarding Hibah. This is in line with the needs of the Muslim community in Batu Gajah who should choose property management using the Hibah plan in their life affairs because it is easier and faster. In conclusion, this project aims to study the extent of knowledge of the Batu Gajah community on Hibah and its implementation in Malaysia. Therefore, this project will present the problems as well as the extent of the knowledge of the hibah itself.
