Abstract
This research is about a study on the relationship between Quality of Working Life (QWL) and Job Performance among teachers at SMK Bukit Guntong, Kuala Terengganu. The sampling frame in this study is focusing towards the teachers with the population of 78 numbers of teachers including a principle. The unit of analysis is the individual of teachers at SMK Bukit Guntong by fulfilling the distributed questionnaires for themselves. The Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 17.0 is used to compute the correlation of the variables. The research is to determine that there is an existence of correlations between these variables. The research design identified the relationship between two or more related variables which is correlational method. Pearson Correlation Coefficient has been used to help the researcher to find out the Quality of Working Life (QWL) and teachers’ Job Performance as well as could enhance the productivity of the teachers’ lesson to their students. Finally, the end of the result shows there is positive correlation and significance relationship among those variables simultaneously hypothesis accepted.
