Abstract
This business activity report includes the reviews of product trades and service offers as part of fulfilling the ENT530 Social Media Portfolio assignment. This assignment is designed to expose students to the basic skills and knowledge of entrepreneurship based on the lessons learned. The business activity was done according to the requirements and guidelines prepared by my lecturer, Miss Nur Najjah Abd Rahim.
The sale of an instant food product called "SamyangLuver" was the business activity we carried out for this assignment. Due to a number of considerations, including its availability, affordability, and widespread demand among our target market, we have chosen this particular product.
Firstly, this product consists of 3 main flavors, which are Carbonara, Original, and Cheese. According to customer reviews and feedback, these varieties are in high demand because of their delectable flavor. The cost of the item is also within the reach of students. The business activity took place at Universiti Teknologi MARA Campus Puncak Alam, Selangor.
Additionally, in order to ensure effective product promotion, we have enlisted the assistance of my friends by soliciting their counsel and business management expertise. This business activity, therefore, gives us the chance to gain business experience by starting from scratch. With an average age of over 19 and the majority of thembeing students, we find that this is the best option given that we want to sell the product within their social circle. This is due to the fact that students frequently yearn for "SamyangLuver," as the food options offered on campus are largely the same, according to our observation and information gathering.
These factors influenced our decision to choose to trade this product as our primary business activity. Both the selection of the goods or services to be traded and the marketing strategy used to trade them are crucial. As a result, we would have the chance to effectively utilize online platforms as a result of the business activity, allowing us to explore and widen our social networks by piqueing and attracting their interest in the goods we sell. As a result, the entrepreneurial lesson we learned in this course is undoubtedly one of the tools we use to ensure that, in addition to satisfying the needs of potential customers, we get the best returns on the time and effort we invest in marketing the product.
