Abstract
Chocodaps is an online selling business of chocolate in Malaysia. It already operated for five years since the business started in 2015. Every single order is created through the Chocodaps website by their agent. The goal of this operation is to be one of the best local manufacturers of chocolate that has the same level as an international company. The name of Chocodaps represents that their chocolate tastes very different and delicious compared to other competitors.
The company uses agents and dropship in order to distribute its products to the consumer. Chocodaps has more than 3, 000 agents in Malaysia. Increasing demand for chocolate leads to an increment in sales in this company. This company has various types of products which are Classic Edition, Yogurt Edition, Truffle Edition, chocodaps cookies and also mini bites edition. They also offer an affordable price to the consumer. Customers can buy based on their preferences.
The company almost sold 2000tan of chocolate in five years of operating through its agents. As a dropship of an agent, the Facebook page is the best platform to create awareness and introduce and market the product to potential customers on Facebook. Teaser, hard-sell copywriting, and soft-sell copywriting are used to accomplish all the requirements in order to increase the sales of Chocodaps.
