Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between knowledge sharing at the TNB Kangar. The data were gathered through the questionnaires distributed to 92 of employee at TNB Kangar and 92 questionnaires were usable for further analysis it is means 100%. The study was found that there is a relationship between knowledge sharing and job satisfaction in workplace. Research objectives were met in which the findings indicate
and there are positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and job satisfaction at TNB Kangar. Throughout the study conducted at TNB Kangar found that knowledge management between employee and level of knowledge sharing practices. However it also found that the program significantly influence their knowledge sharing and job satisfaction toward their organization. In addition, the finding
also indicates that knowledge sharing at TNB Kangar. In the research have found which medium employee like to use in knowledge sharing. In this research have been asked questions related to knowledge sharing and job satisfaction. In job satisfaction have been divided by 3 components are external recognition, internal recognition and employee recognition. Each component relate with knowledge sharing. If on of the component not use it will give incorrect data for research. In this research also provide with conclusion and recommendations for the research and recommendation for the future research to give guide to other who want make a further research based on this data.
