Abstract
This research is conducted to leverage the influence of the Big Five Dimensions of personality traits of an individual towards any potential of change. Apart from that, the study also visualizes an integrated model of personality traits and change potential to test on the effect of individual adaptableness. The relationship between both Big Five Dimensions of personality traits (agreeableness, conscientiousness, extroversion, emotional stability and openness) and change potential shall affect an individual's adaptability towards significant changes. The study is presented into a form of a colourful puzzle game where an individual's dominant personality trait will be recognized and simultaneously, adaptability towards change is assessed based on five change potential dimensions; namely individual, family, interpersonal relationship, organization and society. Indirectly, results of this study will show that an individual will be able to assess the change potential within and either become more adaptable or inadaptable towards change by leveraging on the dominant personality trait identified. The puzzle game can be patented and commercialize to the mass in order to allow the public to take advantages of the benefits of the puzzle game in a manner that is simple yet exciting, without having to resort to complicated, conventional means.
