Abstract
Foreign Direct Investment (FD), an inflow of capital and new technology is regarded as an important factor for the growth and industrial development of a country.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between FDI inflow and its impact on the production level of selected sector, Electrical & Electronic Products, Wood & Wood Products, Transport Equipment and Food Manufacturing
This study uses a sample of twelve years data over the period from 1989 to 2001.
The analysis is done by using simple regression analysis on the four selected models
The study also focuses on the trends of FDI in flow between 1989 to 2001.
