Abstract

My-Sutera Sdn. Bhd (MSSB) is one of the companies that produce and design fabrics and textiles which are responsible to supply and manufacturing for world famous brands such as Nike, Umbro, Adidas and more. While there is many organizations are facing with the problems of employee engagement, MSSB also did not escape with the problem of lacking employee engagement at the work place. The study was done to analyse the employee engagement level at My-Sutera Sdn. Bhd and at the same time to study the factors that affects the employee engagement. The study used previous literature review for secondary data. A quantitative research study was conducted, and to establish the relationship between the three factors of employee engagement (employee training and development, employee communication, and employee rewards and recognitions) with employee engagement the utilising measures such as Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient test and multiple regression analysis was used.
