Awareness of the safety and health among employee at Roji Enterprise / Muhammad Hadi Mohamed Hatta

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of safety and health among employee at the Roji Enterprise. Most of the construction projects still not entirely practice the safety and health element and the organization also suffered amount of losses due to accident and injuries at the workplace. Safety awareness among employee should be emphasized because this issue is still continuing even there are many corrective actions have been done. Besides that, many efforts have been done to solve the problem so that all employees will realize the vital of safety and health at the workplace. The research has conducted using structured question which consist the work environments, safety policy and training. The result will show whether the determinant are support and related with the level of the awareness of safety and health among employee. Then comparisons are made to show the correlation between the relationships and improve the awareness of safety and health among employee
