Abstract

Malaysia Panpages Online Sdn. Bhd. is one of the companies that have a big role in online directory in Malaysia which is responsible for create the business listings or business information through online. Malaysia Panpages Online Sdn. Bhd. is the number one local business site in South East Asia and also a company that has more than 10 million business listings in the database.The main activity for this company is create and built the business information. The problem is what factors that can affect employees’ performance in order to motivate the employees perform well in their jobs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting job performance among employees at Malaysia Panpages Online Sdn. Bhd. The population size of this research consists of 90 respondents with using random sampling method which is the total numbers of employees who works in Malaysia Panpages Online Sdn. Bhd. are about 250. This research results show that workplace environment, top management and motivation have a relationship towards job performance among employees at Malaysia Panpages Online Sdn. Bhd.
