Abstract

SBS Indahjaya Development Sdn Bhd that chose for my placement to the the practical training. SBS Indahjaya Development Sdn Bhd are located at Jalan Kuala Krai, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The location is very strategic because Jalan Kuala Krai are the new city in the Future.At the same time, SBS Indahjaya development is a success developer. It is because There are many site project are in operation. For practical training, I have chosen SBS indahjaya Development Sdn Bhd, Jalan Kuala Krai, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. I chose this company because there are many people inside and one of the successful construction and developers company in Kelantan. The company are located not far from my home. So, It can make easy for me to go to the company and complete my practical traiing at there. I think, I may be able to gain a lot of knowledge in the organization and how to interact with employees who work in it. I had previously studied soft skill at University Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Seri Iskandar, Perak. I feel I have gained while in the basic construction industries.
