Abstract
Industrial training is a key component of the learning curriculum University Technology Mara (UiTM). Students are required to pass the industrial training
prior to the award certified in a particular organization for one semester to expose them to the working environment. The training also embed moral qualities in themselves as a student of the nature of trust and responsibility in carrying out the duties and confident in making a decision. The industrial training, the students are faced with many challenges and problems that need to be identified. Therefore, preparation, both mentally and physically to undertake and complete the task. In addition, training is also required to be carried out for all students in last semester in Diploma of Building Survey at the end of the year 2015. This training run for 4 months from 1 Dicember 2014 until 1 April 2015. I have applied for industrial training at Gerbang Nusajaya Sdn Bhd. Here, I was placed on the site construction where this company build a new building. During this training, I was given the opportunity to follow the engineer and site supervisor to see the environment on site and others. During industrial training, I was given for 8 half hours a day, from 8.00am right up 5.30pm daily from Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday from 8.00am right up 1.00pm.
