Abstract
Z. R CONSTRUCTION Sdn. Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the companies Act 1965 on 12th. August 2000 and has been registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK), Ministry of Entrepreneur Development in class ' C ' as well as the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) grade G5 and the Ministry of Finance. Authorized capital of the company is RM500, 000.00 with a paid-up shares of RM1.00 each while the paid-up capital is RM300, 002.00 principal activities the company is in the construction industry and is able to carry out contract work successfully. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company's equity, from Bumiputera, energy management and administration as well as active in the tender of the Government, statutory bodies and private sector.
