Method statement for substructure / Muhammad Aniq Hilmie Mohd Nafi

First and for most, this practical training report is about the method statement of substructure for project “Cadangan Membina dan Menyiapkan 4 Unit Rumah Sesebuah 1 Tingkat di atas Lot PT 6211-PT 6214, 4 Unit Rumah Berkembar (Type A) 1 Tingkat di atas Lot PT 6215-PT 6218 dan 4 Unit Rumah Berkembar 1 Tingkat (TYPE B) Di atas Lot PT 6219 – PT 6222, at Mukim Mahang West, Daerah Kok Lanas, Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan Darul Naim” .This practical training report have been divided into several part which company background, literature review, case study, problem, suggestion and recommendation. In the first chapter will introduce to my company background in detail which is contain the background, location and company scope of work. I also put my company organization chart and several projects that have been done by my supervisor and on-going project. In second chapter, I have included literature review which is I have done some research and review regarding to components of substructure, types of foundation and the causes of foundation failure. The foundation has two (2) types which is shallow and deep foundation. This report also contains method statement of substructure for pad foundation In third chapter, I start with my case study which is the method statement for substructure at “Cadangan Membina dan Menyiapkan 4 Unit Rumah Sesebuah 1 Tingkat di atas Lot PT 6211-PT 6214, 4 Unit Rumah Berkembar (Type A) 1 Tingkat di atas Lot PT 6215-PT 6218 dan 4 Unit Rumah Berkembar 1 Tingkat (TYPE B) Di atas Lot PT 6219 – PT 6222, at Mukim Mahang West, Daerah Kok Lanas, Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan Darul Naim” in this chapter I have put the detail on the location of our site and the materials used for foundation, tools and equipment that used to made foundation and others related with case study. In fourth chapter, is about the problem and recommendations regarding the problem and solutions at case study and all the content of report.
