Abstract
Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu (PMINT) was established i 1st April 1965 under Terengganu Government Enactment. The main objective of the establishment is to be the lead agency for the state to implement and accelerate the development and socio-economic development in the State. The launch of Dasar Ekonomi Baru (DEB) in 1971, the PMINT also supports the
goal of DEB to eradicate poverty and restructure society. PMINT also actively involved in Dasar Pembangunan Nasional (DPN) which begin in 1991. PMINT was engaged in activities which cover a very board spectrum covering
almost all sectors of the economy. These include property development, farming, aquaculture, manufacturing and services. Overall, PMINT activities conducted through two ways, namely directly and through its subsidiaries.
