Abstract

The expansion of street food in Malaysia cause some of food handlers lack of food hygiene practices knowledge. Poor food hygiene practices among street food handlers are due to the lack of infrastructure at the street vendors. The aim of this study was to gain an understanding of how food hygiene are practices among street food handlers. A context analysis methodology is used that gathered from journals, related books, conference paper, report and government publications. As for the text, the keyword is categorized based on the list of food hygiene practices. Findings of this study could help to understand on food hygiene practices among street food handlers.
