Abstract

Kota Impiana was established in 2007 by En Tengku Azrezal with only 3 staff. The company was a private company that was into house development. The company is located at Tanjung Chat, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. During the initial opening of the company, they only build a house for people who has their own land but after several years they start to build terrace house then later they start to build semi-d house as well as bungalow house for sale in a large quantity. Now, they have started get into the construction of an apartment that was supposed to start the construction in 2017.
