Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate UITM Kota Samarahan student's attitude towards online shopping. Also, this research aims to identify which of the independent variables (Perceived Benefit, Previous Online Shopping Experience, Student Lifestyle and Perceived Merchant Trustworthiness) provide more influence toward attitude and intention towards online shopping. This Study also measure relationship between independent variables and dependent variable.
