Abstract

The main service of this company is to produce serondeng. This company produces three types of serondeng that come from different meat. The company is has been around for a long time and inherited until now. The manager, Hjh Hasnah Bt Yunus is the one who thinking to open this business of this company and she has a lot of experience in producing this product. This product starts to operate when the owner still young and this business keep growing years by years.
The main business of this company is to produce and selling serondeng. Besides, there is a lot of traditional food available in this shop. They take another traditional food from supplies. In the process of cooking they will use local meat and imported meat to produce their beef serondeng, this makes their business special since it is hard to search for local meat serondeng. These ingredients are selected carefully by experienced workers and the meat washed until clean before ready for the cook. This is to make sure that all their products are safe and in good quality
