Abstract
Seri Pena Enterprise has been establishing in the early year of 2008. The business was started by Mr. Asri bin Abd Rahman. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Seri Pena Enterprise. He is also an alumni of University Technology Malaysia (UTM). The factory was located at Kampong Bachok, Kelantan, Malaysia.
Their main product is fresh budu and this business scoped based on manufacturing, packing, delivering as well as food distribution. Developed from a deep interest in entrepreneur and cooking, Mr. Asri has done deep research about budu’s demands and marketing in the local area and around East Coast states which are Kelantan, Terengganu and, Pahang. Seri Pena was chosen as the name to represent their business.
From the first start operated, there are eight workers. Even though, there only eight workers Mr. Asri said it was enough. All the manufacturing and the process of making budu are doing by manually. There is only one machine and that is only for crushing the anchovies. Seri Pena Enterprise was vastly recognized by the local customers due to the increase of advertising and owned by a local Muslim people.
