Abstract

These study of research is the overview on KPM Sdn. Bhd (the second port operator in Port Klang ) capability on handling the conventional operations of general breakbulk. The research on operation is taken on the activity done at North Port side on a selected cargo type. What is presented are due on the performance of gang output and the problems undertaken within the whole operation period The problems appeared will determined the management planning, done by KPM as well as identifying it's future plans for future resource allocation. The presented performance will give the idea of level of service and the proper planning of conventional handling and it's future trends in the competitive market
