Blueprint : Go Coconut Enterprise “Scooconut” / ‘Ameely Zulaikha Md Zakuan

Scooconut is manufactured by the company, Go Coconut Enterprise, producing the scoop by using several machines like stainless steel forming machine and lethal machine that used for creating the handle of the scoop. The process is not an easy one because the product needs to go through several phases in order to be as a complete product. As the first phase is shaping the stainless-steel scoop. In the phase of shaping the stainless steel also divided into six steps. The first one is melting and casting. They are placed together in a giant electric furnace. Strong heat is applied meticulously for a period of 8 to 12 hours and once the melting step has completed, the stainless steel will be molded into the desired forms. Next five steps are forming, heat treatment, descaling, cutting and finishing. Finishing also important because we want to have smooth and easier to clean stainless steel product, which is a top condition in healthy applications
