Abstract

The progression towards Industry Revolution 5.0 (IR5.0), the upcoming frontier, is now in progress. This transformative phase is positioned to highlight the harmonious interaction between humans and technology, allowing individuals to fully utilize their skills while enhancing safety, productivity, and meaning in the workplace. Anticipated encompasses progress in IR5.0 the incorporation of cutting-edge technology like artificial intelligence and robotics, facilitating novel modes of cooperation between humans and machines. IR5.0 is now transforming the global economy, bringing about significant changes in industries, and altering the concept of employment. As modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, digitalization, and robots are more and more incorporated into different industries, the transformation of employment occupations experiences significant alterations (McKinsey, 2017). and The emergence of new job professions is facilitated by the implementation of IR5.0 as a system model. This model utilizes Al technology to promote these professions through notifications, alerts, personalized recommendations. By adopting this approach, businesses can enhance their chances of survival and sustainability (Abdullah, 2021). IR5.0 will prioritize cooperative endeavors by including both humans and machines. Employees will receive training to improve their skills, resulting in significant adjustments and personalized experiences for each client. The objective of IR5.0 is to enhance the capabilities of manpower while simultaneously addressing the evolving requirements for skills and training among employees. It enhances industry competitiveness and simplifies the process of attracting highly skilled individuals.
