Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work stress on the mental health of 241 employees at KBS Putrajaya using a simple random sampling approach. Utilizing the GWSS-9 and DASS-21 scales, the research employed descriptive statistics, linear regression, and independent t-tests to evaluate stress levels, mental health conditions, and gender-based disparities. The findings demonstrate a significant relationship between workplace pressure and psychological well-being, providing a localized foundation for developing targeted organizational interventions and support systems within high-demand government sectors.
