Abstract

NINS CAFE which is located in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. The business starts on January 2021 and provide food and beverages service. The business main goods are coffee. The business also provides many types of drinks that are related to dairy drinks. The existence of the business may give many impacts to the surrounding area and to the society. The owner of the business wants to become one of the most favoured in making and producing coffee. Other than that, she also targeted to provide best services to our customers to acquire higher sales. The business type of this company is sole proprietorship because Miss Syamimi is the only owner of the business. The business can be considered as a monopolistic competition because it has many rivals around. The most important thing on managing this type of business is leadership. On being a successful leader, we must work harder than the others and never being biased with the employees. The owner’s role is to ensure that the employees obey the rules and get proper treatment such as medical consultation and health insurance.
