Abstract
Melaka Mall Sdn Bhd is wholly owned subsidiary of Yayasan Melaka and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Melaka. The main concern of Melaka Mall Sdn Bhd is to manage and coordinate the shopping complex for profit return to the Melaka State Government investment and want to create high ability of competitive power in commercial complex management and real-estate industry especially shopping complex. The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between market positioning and customer satisfaction and also to know the factors that influence customers in shopping at Melaka Mall. Another that, this research objective is to identify the strategies that can be used to increase customers’ satisfaction at Melaka Mall shopping complex. Hopefully, the findings from this research will be used to offer recommendations that would be highlighted to the marketing department of Melaka Mall Sdn Bhd.
