Abstract

This research is conducted to carry out “A Study on Motivation Factors That Affecting on Employee’s Performance at Chubb Malaysia Sdn. Bhd”. The main objective is to determine the relationship between motivation factors and employee’s performance. Increasing the competitive business world means a highly motivated workforce is needed for organization seeking to achieve good result performance. In order to achieve that result, employers should learn on how to motivate their employees in the company. The respondents of this study were the employees of Chubb Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. About 97 questionnaires had been distributed to them but only 61 gave their respond. The researcher had been used probability sampling as a sampling technique. In this study here were three objectives that researcher wanted to focused on. First objective were to determine the relationship between rewards, recognition, working environment and managerial trustworthiness with employee’s performance. Second objective was to identify the most motivation factor that influence employee’s performance. Last objective is to increase employee’s performance. The researcher had been used SPSS program version 2.0 to get the findings for reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation and regression analysis. In the end of this paper, the researchers had provided several recommendations regarding the motivation factors that can effect on employee’s performance.
