Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the factors that contribute to the expatriates’ job satisfaction in their workplace. The objectives of the study are to identify the level of job satisfaction and also to determine which factor is the most and least influence to job satisfaction.
The study was conducted at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd towards the expatriates. The research was a quantitative research and the data was gathered using distribution of questionnaires and has been analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Edition 16th.
