This report consists of the interpretation of all activities that we learnt and observe during the trip to our case study at Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) located in Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, Putrajaya. This study comprises the topic that we have studied over the semesters, with a primary focus on the maintenance management, operation and financial by the facilities management team of Ikha Ventures Sdn. Bhd. The scope of this report is determined by the specifications, based on all the data and information gathered to complete each of the project brief's relevant chapters. Based on the requirement, it must be including the study of detail of property, maintenance management organization, maintenance policy and planning, building design and technology design, building condition assessment, maintenance strategy, legal aspect, financial aspect and problems and recommendation. Every chapter will be summarized on overall study. All the text regarding the analysis, justification and categorization is written from the perspective of us diploma students in building surveying. The information provided was gathered via the internet, the maintenance department's own talk, and our observations of the Ministry of Human Resources building. One of the most important components of any building is maintenance management, which is thought to be essential to achieving excellent condition and performance, extending the building's life cycle, minimizing inconvenience, and offering tenants and occupants comfort, safety, and security. We hope that the supervisor and reader will be satisfied with the explanation of the report's overall contents.
