Abstract
Nowadays, there are a more number of researches about the effectiveness of manpower planning had been found. The purpose of these studies is to identify the significant of the effectiveness of manpower planning and the factor that contribute around the UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd. Its hope that the result derived from this study would enable the organization and employer to prevent and make it effectiveness of the manpower planning at UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd. The data was obtain by using primary data, for primary data respondents were ask to answer 50 sets of questionnaires to determine the level of effectiveness of manpower planning. The data then analyze using Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The objective of this study is is to determine the factor and the relationship of the effectiveness manpower planning. The result study shows that the entire variables have strong relationship with the effectiveness of manpower planning. The most influential factor is the employees because employee are the person or people that contribute the most of the organization and manpower planning.
