Abstract

This article investigates the relationship between emotional intelligent and job satisfaction. The determinants of emotional intelligent that have been examined under this study include well-being, self-control, emotionality and sociability. The sample had been distributed 150 samples which consist of the employees at Perbadanan Putrajaya. The results show there is a significant relationship between three of the constructs tested which are well-being, self-control and sociability. Meanwhile, emotionality shows that there is no relationship with job satisfaction.
