Abstract
The title of this research is ‘Productivity among Employees at plus Expressways Berhad (Human Capital & Facilities Management Division’. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship between the variables. There are three independent variables involve in this research which are change work environment, career development and communication. For the dependent variable it involves productivity. In order to achieve this research, the hypothesis focuses on the objective to identify whether there is relationship between change work environment, career development and communication in creating level of productivity among employees in Human Capital Facilities and Management Division. Questionnaire distributed of 78 to employee in Human Capital and Facilities Division. The researcher use random sampling in choosing the respondents. The questionnaire had been distributed in the human capital development department , human capital regional and services department, human capital management and facilities management department by the researcher itself. The frequencies analysis, reliability test, correlation and regression method was used for data analysis. The result shows that those three variables have relationship with the level productivity towards HCFMD. The level of productivity which is the dependent variable also was explained by the independent variables in high number of percentage which mean that this research can really help the company to improve the business in the future. The three variables which are the change work environment, career development and communication have a positive relationship with the level of productivity. In this research, change of work environment gives the strongest positive relationship among the variables.
