Abstract
This study examines the determinants of organizational behavior among employees in Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Melaka (PKNM). Individual differences are important in studying organizational behavior for every important reason. Individual differences have a direct effect on behavior since every person is unique because of his perceptions have different characteristics, needs, how they perceive the world and other individuals and interact differently with bosses, co-workers, subordinates and customers. Individual perceptions, personal values, and organizational values are the dependent variables for this study while organizational behavior as a dependent variable. Researcher use a questionnaires as instrument to gathered data from respondents and the target population in this study is focused on employees in Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Melaka with total at 140 employees. According to Krejcie and Morgan (1970), if the population is 140 employees, so the sample could be 103 employees as the respondents. Therefore, 110 questionnaires were distributed but only 50 questionnaires were return back. So, 50 questionnaires are considered as sample size. The results have found that two of the variables which are perception and organizational value were significant relationship towards organizational behavior among employees in PKNM while another one which is personal value is not significant to the organizational behavor. This result gave additional understanding of the relationship between these independent variables and organizational behavior among employees in PKNM.
