Abstract
Turnover intention is defined as a purpose for employees jump to others company instead of stay for longer period in one company (Ncede, 2013). Besides that, job dissatisfaction can be a major factor that lead to turnover intention. This issue is happen in Hicom-Teck See. Currently, turnover rate in Hicom-Teck See is increased. Management staff especially with high level education such as young officer and executive easily leaving the company and jump to others company. Due to that, the turnover rate at Hicom-Teck See is too high based on last year record. Currently, there are 150 of management staff in Hicom Teck See for new financial year which is 2017-2018. From the data received in April 2017, turnover trend was change and getting worse. The percentage of turnover trend increased from 0.8 in March to 2.9 in April. However, in terms of other aspects such as absenteeism, closing down one factory in Thailand, and reduce in sales. In order to solve the problem regarding on high turnover of staff at Hicom Teck See, the research is carried out.
