Abstract
This study delves into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on foreign workers in the construction industry and its repercussions on the quality performance of construction projects. The research objectives encompass identifying the difficulties faced by foreign workers due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the construction industry, factors affecting the performance of foreign workers in the construction industry during the COVID-19 pandemic and recommending methods to enhance the work performance of foreign workers in the construction industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.
