Abstract

This business aims to become a leading restaurant serving the citizens of Segamat by offering a combination of steamboat, grill, and dessert. The primary objective is to provide Malaysian favorite foods at a reasonable and affordable price, ensuring that the quantity, quality, and taste are equivalent to the charged price, thus satisfying customers across various economic levels. The business is fully committed to Halal standards, sourcing only Halal raw materials from the best suppliers to guarantee quality and maintain continuous demand. Furthermore, the company seeks to introduce a new concept of self-service dining in Malaysia. This approach allows customers the freedom to choose and cook their desired portions with their partners for a fixed price per person, which helps minimize food wastage while ensuring customers take only the portion they need.
