Abstract
YUMTEM FROZEN is a frozen food business incorporated on January 1, 2015, and based in Segamat. The company specializes in offering frozen food products that feature a creative touch by skilled workers. The choice of location is strategic, capitalizing on the high demand for frozen food and the local population. YUMTEM FROZEN differentiates itself by providing a variety of shapes and flavors for its products, with the ability for customers to choose their preferred flavor. The availability of diverse flavors is considered the main competitive advantage. Initially offering four flavors, the company commits to fulfilling customer needs by developing new flavors based on demand, which is expected to cultivate loyal customers and lead to high demand in the future. The business is confident in its potential to successfully compete with rivals in the coming years, driven by the public's desire for different, attractive, and delicious products.
