Industrial training report: Iman Ikhlas (M) Sdn Bhd

This report outlines my industrial training experience as a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Human Resource Management student at Iman Ikhlas (M) Sdn Bhd. During the course of six months, Iman Ikhlas (M) Sdn Bhd, a retail company based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, offered me a thorough immersion into their HRM practices. Following this, the report includes a reflection on the training, detailing the objectives, tasks performed, learning outcomes, and challenges encountered. A SWOT analysis is conducted to identify the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, which is further summarized in a SWOT matrix.
Furthermore, the discussion and recommendation section provide actionable insights based on the SWOT analysis, aiming to improve both the company's operations and the training program.
