Abstract
The renovation permit is the certificate that are provided by the District Council to the applicants as a valid documents to start any constructions for residential or commercial buildings. The aim for this studied was to identified the submission process to the local authority. The local authority that processed and provided the renovation permit was Majlis Daerah Kuala Langat's branch which is Bandar Saujana Putra branch office. The company that runs the project was ECO-Shop Marketing Sdn. Bhd. which been helped by the certified architect and contractor.
