Abstract
Stress level and motivation is the evaluation aspect in work behavior, which must be emphasized by all of the organization to ensure the successful of organizational goals. In this research, the study is made towards Melaka Hospital due to its major responsibilities to the public. Means that, the motivations of employee have strong implication for improving the quality of government services. For the purpose of this study, descriptive research was deployed in order to identify the association between stress level and motivation. Judgmental and convenience sampling has been utilized with 60 respondent as the sample size. Self- administrated questionnaire was used as the survey instrument besides interviews as the source of primary data. Other reliable resources also served as secondary data. By using the analysis generated by SPSS (a computerized statistical software), result are analyzed and deduction being drawn. Looking at the result in data analysis and cross tabulation did hypothesis testing. The conclusion of this study and the outcomes from the survey analysis, findings and recommendation given by the respondents. Finally, the researcher hopes that all data, information and knowledge will be able to help Melaka Hospital to identify their strengths and weaknesses and try to improve their strategies in order to produce effective and efficient employees.
