Abstract
This report outlines the experience and skills I earned throughout my six-month Internship Practical at Md Empire Enterprise, which ran from March 5th to August 13th, 2024. The project's goal is to fulfil the core requirements for a Bachelor of Business Administration Honors (FINANCE) degree by providing students with a practical aspect of the theoretical work that they have studied at university, as well as to allow students to gain work experience. Throughout my internship, I learnt a variety of new skills. This company offers multitasking to their interns. As a result, I studied more than just finance; I also learned about paperwork, human resources, marketing, and other matters. The study discusses MD Empire Enterprise's SWOT analysis, as well as the skills and experience obtained during the training term, so justifying the scheme's relevance in giving students with the professional talents they require for success in the real world.
