Industrial training report: Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB)

ASNB is an entirely owned subsidiary of PNB, or Permodalan Nasional Berhad. The company that oversees the unit trust fund that PNB introduced is called ASNB. My internship is summarised in this report. My primary goal in doing an internship is to learn as much as I can while also putting the knowledge I have learned in school to use. My profile, the company profile which includes the history of the establishment, the vision, mission, objective, and goal are all included in this report. In addition, the organisational structure of the company as well as the goods and services that ASNB has provided are included in the company profile.
In addition, I included my training reflection in this report, which contains all the information, memories, and insights I had from my six months of industrial training at ASNB Kuala Selangor. This study includes SWOT analysis.
This section covers the impact of the SWOT analysis which identifies the company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as well as potential solutions for ASNB to lessen its vulnerabilities and potential threats. I offered my own conclusion that I could draw throughout the internship period at the end of this report. The memories formed in ASNB I will always treasure Kuala Selangor and never forget.
In addition to gaining practical work experience, the six months I have been here have been incredibly meaningful for me in terms of discovering and learning a variety of new information that is not taught on campus. I have learned a lot about the real world here as well because we interact with investors and can effectively handle any issues or criticisms. In conclusion, industrial training is an excellent way for students to obtain real world work experience before they graduate and go into the workforce.
