Industrial training report: Bertam Resort and Water Park

My internship took place at Bertam Resort and Water Park in Pulau Pinang from March 1 to August 9, 2024. I was assigned to the Human Resources Department under the supervision of Mr. Anas Azrul Aziman. During my 24 weeks there, I managed sponsorship requests and provided gift vouchers, conducted weekly inspections of staff facilities, prepared HR Finding Reports, assisted in training documentation, and more. I collaborated closely with team members, supporting various programs and events. Overall, my internship at Bertam Resort and Water Park was a valuable experience for personal and professional growth. I gained extensive knowledge through engaging projects and active involvement in different teams and departments. This experience not only reinforced my academic learning but also fueled my passion for the Human Resources field and strengthened my commitment to pursuing a career in this domain.
