Industrial training report: Ketengah Holding Sdn Bhd / Nurul Fateha Mohamad

Ketengah Holding Sdn Bhd has given me lots of wonderful and useful memories during my 6-month industrial training. In this report, I have written the company's profile such as business core, organizational chart, vision, mission, goals, and their product offered. This executive summary provides an overview of my industrial training experience in the field of Human Resources, which I completed at Ketengah Holding Sdn Bhd (KHSB). The major goal of the training was to get practical knowledge about multifaceted aspects of HR management within a business context.During my training, I actively engaged in a variety of HR functions, such as recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and organizational growth. The exposure to real world circumstances enabled me to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations, which improved my grasp of HR processes.
Next, when confronted with problems such as not understanding the task, or having a workload, I honed my problem-solving abilities and learnt to adapt tactics for successful resolution. The HR team, particularly Miss Nor Baizura binti Mohamad gave invaluable guidance in managing these problems and challenges.
Therefore, I recommend that the company should prepare itself before accepting a practical trainee based on my experience throughout the training period. Provide them suitable places to work safely and comfortably. Moreover, I suggest that the firm should act as a role model to trainees so as to enhance HR practices within the firm.
In general terms, industrial training in Human Resources done at Ketengah Holding Sdn Bhd acted as an intermediate step from theory towards application. The multiple HR roles have contributed significantly towards advancing my career prospects; I look forward to apply these skills in future human resource related activities.
