Abstract

Dual career conflict is the problem that always arises among the women that have responsibility in their work and also in their family. Women need to manage their time carefully in order to coop with the problem. In this research, the study is made in Hospital Melaka and we focus among the women doctors and nurses. For this research we need to know the factors that contribute to the dual career conflict among them. Thus, for the purpose of this study, the stratified random sampling has been used with 150 respondents as the sample size. Other reliable sources also served as secondary data, which were books, journal, magazine and other from internet. By using analysis generated by SPSS result are analyze by using frequency analysis and use t-test and correlation for the hypothesis.
