Industrial training report: MTSC Solution Sdn. Bhd. / Nur Fazirah Ayob

MTSC Solution Sdn. Bhd. is a place where I get a lot of experience about real life working environment and beautiful memory with the employees from all department during 24weeks/6months industrial training. At the same time, I also get to know more details about MTSC Solution’s operation, activities, culture, environment and how their employee’s work. In this report, I have explained about the company profile include the company background, the location, vision, mission, objective, corporate value and organization chart. I also put my latest resume on this report.
Next, in training reflection, I was highlighted that I was assigned under Human Resources Department and under this department I was responsible to fostering family culture among employees, registering training for employees, ensuring that food stocks are always available and more tasks that gave me a lot of experience as a human resource employee. Additionally, in this report also stated the working hours, workdays, and the various intrinsic and extrinsic benefits that I received.
Other than that, SWOT analysis is also one of the important contents in this report which is to identify the company’s strength, weakness, opportunities and threat and it will show SWOT analysis diagram to easy understand. Every SWOT was explained based on real situation by my observation during my internship time at MTSC Solution. For every SWOT, I provide each recommendation to sustain the strength, to overcome the weakness, to take advantage from opportunities and to make deal with threats. This SWOT analysis can help company to aware with these internal and external factors that can give whether it is good or bad impact.
As conclusion, I become more understand about how SWOT analysis work and function for organization. All the experience and knowledge I get during my internship at MTSC Solution teach me a lot about work life and exposed me to the reality working as human resources employee. In future, hope with this experience and knowledge, I can get to use it as my guideline to survive in this industry.
