Abstract
A student of Faculty of Information Management under programme Bachelor Degree of Records Management were required five months Industrial Training to fulfil of the course of IMC690. The selected project are to implement the cover cart to protect the security of the patient records at Jabatan Rekod Perubatan, Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Kuantan. This project is focused on to protect the security and the confidentiality of the patient records. The main purpose of this project is to solve the problems regarding the patient records were taken out from the records department without any protection and not closed properly and too exposed to the public view. Through this project, there is the process for implementing the cover cart until it is done.
