Abstract

This project will include the creation of an automatic vegetable slicing machine by design and fabricate the vegetable slicing machine. Slicing a vegetable will take a long time for small food and beverage businesses to produce a large quantity of prepared vegetables for cooking. Kitchen knives are the most common tool for slicing vegetables in the kitchen. However, because the knife is sharp and is exposed to the environment, it can cause injury if not handled with care. As a result, they will learn more about the machine and technology that will make it easier and safer for them to produce prepared vegetables through this project. The instruments used for slicing vegetables will be made of stainless steel. Cutting, grinding, and putting together are just a few of the product fabrication methods that will be suggested. In conclusion, it is anticipated that this project will benefit individuals, particularly proprietors of small businesses, the food catering industry, and small stalls operating on side roads that perform cooking tasks using less energy and in a manner that is more user-friendly
